here he is! in all his little-guy-glory, here is my house.
i chose him because--despite being a definite fixer-upper--he didn't have any defects that I felt like were... TOO much of a fixer-upper-type-problem, you know?

this isn't a great photo (it's from the listing) but my backyard is bigger than my house. it's in pretty shabby shape right now, but i've got big plans for it next year.
